Exhaust Gas Purification System (Black Smoke Reduction)
——
Southeast Co., Ltd. Marine Exhaust Gas Purification System (DOC + DPF) is designed for PM and odor control on both newbuild and in-service vessels. Featuring a modular design, it integrates DOC oxidation and DPF filtration to achieve significant reduction of PM, CO, and HC, with low backpressure and compact layout.
Component Composition
——
Integrated Muffler (Optional): Synergistic acoustic structure and flow path design, achieving approximately 25 dBA noise reduction.
Online Monitoring: Dual monitoring of differential pressure and temperature, with abnormal alerts and intelligent maintenance recommendations.
DOC (Oxidation Catalyst): Oxidizes CO and HC, improves exhaust odor, and enhances the regeneration temperature window.
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter): Efficiently captures PM, with passive or active regeneration to maintain stable filtration efficiency and pressure drop.
Functional Features
——
Low Resistance & Controllable Backpressure: Designed for low backpressure, total resistance limited to ≤ 4 kPa (project-dependent), balancing performance and fuel economy.
Significant PM & Odor Reduction: Substantially reduces particulate matter (PM), HC, and CO, improving air quality on deck and in the engine room for better crew comfort.
Space-Friendly Design: Optional integrated DOC+DPF+muffler solution reduces overall length, minimizes mounting points, and shortens installation time.
Smart Operation & Maintenance: Supports online differential pressure/temperature monitoring and regeneration strategy management; can integrate with your existing online monitoring platform.
Optimized Lifecycle Cost: Replaceable filter elements, cleanable via regeneration, with visualized maintenance intervals and reliable spare parts and service support.
