Warehouse Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
1.Review and revise warehouse workflows and management systems,ensuring their smooth implementation;
2.Plan warehouse layout and implement 5S management；
3.Organize and conduct quarterly, mid-year,and year-end inventory counts,analyze results,and take necessary actions；
4.Guide and supervise warehouse keepers in inventory control,establishing safety stock levels,reporting shortages,and developing and executing emergency materials,and report such items accordingly ；
5.Establish an early warning mechanism for slow-moving and obsolete materials,and report such items accordingly;
6.Audit warehouse accounting records.
Structural Design & Development
Director of R&D
Qualifications
1.At least 4 years of warehouse management experience;familiarity with electrical components is preferred；
2.College degree or above；
3.Proficient in using ERP and Microsoft Office software；
4.Strong sense of responsibility,high work enthusiasm,and ability to work under pressure；
5.Residing in Dachang, Luhe or Jiangbei area is preferred.
Qualifications
1.Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Sheet Metal Engineering, Mold Design, or a related field.
2.Experience: 5+ years of sheet metal structural design experience, with a background in electrical enclosure design for export equipment, marine, or industrial automation sectors.
3.Software Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks or Creo (sheet metal module) and skilled in AutoCAD; experience with modal/vibration analysis using ANSYS is preferred.
4.Process Capability: Deep knowledge of outdoor high-durability coating, stainless steel brushed/mirror finishing, and precision welding processes, with the ability to avoid cosmetic defects through design.
5.Anti-Vibration Design: Proven track record of improving enclosure impact and vibration resistance through sheet metal structural optimization (e.g., rib layout, material selection, wall thickness design) under constraints where vibration isolators are not permitted.
6.Aesthetics: Internationally oriented aesthetic vision, capable of designing simple and elegant enclosures that appeal to European and American customers, with a strong focus on gap consistency, chamfer detailing, and panel layout.
7.Detail Orientation: Deep understanding of EMC electromagnetic shielding design, waterproof breathable structures, and the selection and integration of hardware such as hinges and locks.
8.Rigor & Practicality: Logical thinking with a strong commitment to technical accuracy; proactively identifies and corrects potential design issues.
9.Pressure Management: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, respond quickly to technical inquiries from overseas customers, and resolve on-site structural issues efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
1.Structural Design & Development:Lead the full-process sheet metal structural design of electrical control panels, cooling systems, and protective structures(IP54+);
2..Harsh Environment Adaptation:Independantly perform structural anti-vibration design,stress analysis,and anti-loosening solutions (covering sheet metal enclosures and component mounting)for special operating conditions such as marine and high-vibration environments;
3.Process&Cost Optimization:Proficient in bending,stamping,welding,painting,and related processes;lead DFM(Design for Manufacturing)to resolve mass production issues such as cracking,deformation,and color inconsistency,while balancing premium aesthetics and production cost.
4.Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with electrical,process,procurement teams,and overseas customers;deliver complete technical documentation (2D/3D drawings,BOM,DFM reports,technical specification)to ensure sccurate implementation of design intent.
5.Technical Standard Management:Establish and maintain a sheet metal design standara library,ensuring compliance with CE,UL,and marine industry regulations.

3. Possess competent quality data analysis capabilities, be proficient in office software, and able to independently complete data statistics and quality report compilation.
4. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, master mainstream quality tools such as 8D and PDCA, and able to independently drive the implementation and landing of quality rectification work.
5. Rigorous and principled in work, with excellent communication, coordination, team management and pressure-bearing capabilities.
6. Candidates with relevant industry quality control experience are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Full-process Product Quality Control: Manage quality control throughout the entire process including incoming raw materials, production procedures and finished product outbound delivery. Execute inspection standards and operational specifications, identify potential quality risks, prevent batch quality failures, and sustain stable production quality.
2. After-sales Quality Problem Handling: Oversee customer after-sales quality issues such as complaints, product returns and rework. Respond to customer demands promptly, conduct root cause analysis for quality anomalies, formulate rectification and preventive plans, and follow up on implementation and verification. Reduce quality losses and preserve customer reputation and satisfaction.
3. Quality Data & Closed-loop Management: Collect and analyze quality data from incoming materials, production processes, finished products and after-sales scenarios, and deliver regular quality reports and summaries. Establish and maintain a quality problem ledger, implement full closed-loop management covering rectification, verification and review, and continuously iterate and optimize product quality.
4. System & Team Management: Maintain the ISO quality management system and cooperate with various internal and external audits as well as customer factory inspections. Undertake daily management, professional skill training and performance appraisal of the quality inspection team, and standardize the overall working procedures of quality inspection.
5. Quality Improvement Promotion: Lead quality improvement projects, collaborate with cross-functional departments to solve critical quality pain points in production and after-sales stages, optimize quality control procedures, and reduce product defect rate and overall quality cost.
