Care Amidst Summer's Warmth  — Industrial Park Union Federation Pays Visit to Southeast Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd.

On August 8, the Trade union Federation of Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park practiced the concept of "peopleoriented" with practical actions, and Wang Kelong, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Park, secretary of the Discipline Committee and chairman of the Trade union Federation, personally led the team to visit our company. This activity aims to care for the workers who stick to the front line of high temperature, and pass on the park's deep care and practical material assistance for heat prevention and cooling.

Wang Kelong chairman a line not only brought close practical heat supplies, including towel, cool toilet water, sun protection sleeve, also asked the staff's work and life conditons, especially for the recent continuous operation under high temperature and weather safety and health protection measures. He stressed that the development of the company cannot be separated from the hard work of every employee, especially in extreme weather conditions, ensuring the safety and health of employees is the top priority.

The general manager of our company and the chairman of the trade union accompanied the whole process, expressed sincere thanks to the care of the leaders of the park, and introduced a series of measures taken by the company since midJuly, including flexible adjustment of working hours during high temperatures, provision of sufficient antiheat drinks and medicines, and addition of rest areas, so as to ensure production and safety. The general manager said that the company will actively respond to the call of the park, further improve the employee care mechanism, and build a more harmonious and safe working environment.
