To thoroughly implement the requirements of the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and actively respond to national arrangements for the 2026 National Work Safety Month, centering on the core theme of Everyone Speaks of Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies – Investigate and Rectify Hidden Risks, Southeast Co., Ltd. launched a full range of special work safety activities throughout June. Via multi-dimensional measures including safety education & training, hidden danger inspections and practical emergency drills, the Company has comprehensively consolidated its work safety foundation and fostered a strong atmosphere where all staff understand, manage and uphold safety.

In-depth Safety Education to Raise All Staff’s Safety Awareness

To effectively boost employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, the Company organized special safety training sessions for all workshops starting from June. Staff watched warning documentaries on work safety and took on-site assessments, with complete study files archived to guarantee tangible training outcomes and traceable procedures.

Meanwhile, Southeast Co., Ltd. leveraged offline publicity venues to create an immersive Work Safety Month atmosphere. The General Administration Department customized banners, slogans and posters themed on work safety, which were posted and hung at prominent spots across the plant. The pervasive safety reminders embed safety concepts into employees’ minds, guiding them to rectify unsafe operating behaviors and strengthen their voluntary commitment to safe production.

All-round Inspections to Reinforce the Work Safety Barrier

Hidden danger inspection is critical to preventing safety incidents. Full-coverage comprehensive safety inspections were carried out in June, targeting key areas such as production workshops, warehouses and factory peripheries. Inspectors conducted thorough checks covering critical aspects including electrical equipment operation, fire-fighting facility allocation, employees’ operating practices and standardized warehouse management.

Adhering to the principle of no blind spots, no overlooked hidden dangers, the Company assigned responsible persons and set rectification deadlines for all identified issues, with full follow-up supervision throughout the rectification process. A total of 6 safety hazards were detected during the campaign, all of which have been fully rectified. A closed-loop management system covering hazard identification, rectification and clearance has been established, eliminating various potential safety risks and erecting a robust barrier for safe production.

Fire Drills to Test Emergency Response Capacity Through Practical Simulation

Safety allows no trivial matters, and safety alarms must always ring loud. To further strengthen all staff’s fire safety awareness and improve their self-rescue and coordinated disposal abilities amid sudden fire outbreaks, Southeast Co., Ltd. held its annual fire emergency drill for all employees on June 25.

The drill kicked off the moment the fire alarm blared, simulating a sudden fire inside the office building. All staff responded promptly and evacuated orderly to the designated safe assembly points along pre-planned escape routes. After full evacuation and assembly, hands-on skill training followed. Safety and Environment specialists explained the working principles and operating procedures of fire extinguishers on-site, highlighting the four-step mantra: Lift, Pull, Aim, Squeeze. Employees took turns to practice fire suppression operations under guidance. The fire drill not only verified the validity of the emergency response plan, but also embodied the Company’s high accountability for all staff’s life safety.

The systematic, well-executed and fruitful series of activities in this Work Safety Month has shaped a work safety management model featuring full staff participation, full-area hazard screening, full-process closed-loop control and all-round capacity improvement. Moving forward, Southeast Co., Ltd. will consistently advance regular hidden hazard rectification, routine safety education and practical drills, and sustained accountability implementation for all posts.
